Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak new project gave us some of the best hits of this year. After their first song ‘Leave the Door Open’, they teased a 2021 release, and we couldn’t be more excited. However, they both decided that they wanted to go at their own peace, announcing that Silk Sonic will debut in January 2022.
They revealed this new information during an interview with Rolling Stone. A representative for the band confirmed it, saying that the new date has yet to be announced. Even though this isn’t something amazing for us, this means we will get a better album after these last touch-ups.

About this, Bruno said, “We’re really in touch-up mode now. We’ve got the bones of most of the album, so it’s really about touching up the parts that need a little more grease”. On the other hand, he said that they will release more singles in the following months. He added that he doesn’t want to be binge-watched, so he wants to release a good lead-up.
After debuting with ‘Leave the Door Open’, the group was very well received, even appearing in the Grammys. A few months after this, the unleashed ‘Skate’ a follow-up single that is a huge success right now. With both singles being so famous, we are excited about what we will hear in “An Evening With Silk Sonic”.
